Pickling peppers with Montana

Montana and Elijah’s pepper garden just keeps on producing! Peppers just love our desert weather, and they even have the irrigation to that part of the bed shut down, and those plants thrive. Montana has already canned a bunch of banana peppers, but we had yet another bowl to do today, resulting in three large, delicious jars. Banana peppers are the most versatile peppers, and we use them in salads, sandwiches, soups, pot roasts - you name it.

Plus I heard Montana and Steve talking about spicy sausage-stuffed poblano peppers for family dinner tomorrow night, and I vote YES!
