Three random August pictures

Photographic evidence of a wonderful visit from Denis my Brother Denis and his ENTIRE clan! Honestly it was a treat to see the Florida crew enjoying beautiful Washington State. I didn’t even put them to work (though I did make Dylan gather the eggs, and I did teach Brianna how to use the Bartesian.)

All four of us love Wallace, Idaho, an old mining town about 90 minutes from here. We visit at least once a year, this time during their Huckleberry Festival. I could not resist buying this penny-covered bowling ball for the garden. Plus we picked up another bag of huckleberries for winter pancakes.

I picked these morning glories for Montana to press. True to their name, they are all closed up by noon each day!
