So much scenery!

Today started with seeing some Sandhill cranes by our campground. They are big birds!

Then we ventured into the north section of Yellowstone and honestly did not think there was any part we hadn’t seen before, but part of this was new to us. Steve even got to see a grizzly bear, his favorite

We also cruised the Beartooth Scenic Byway which connects Yellowstone to the north and east. It was a drive to rival Glacier’s Going-to-the-Sun Road in majestic beauty. And even though it is June there was still significant snow up there! I will have to post those photos separately

Now we are headed back to our campsite in Yellowstone where Steve will be grilling us some rib-eyes for dinner!
