Closing up the birds

As I was pulling on my boots to go outside and close up the coop, I noticed a small sliver of pink in the sky, so I grabbed my phone. Over the next 10 minutes, the sky put on quite a show. The pink fully developed and then faded. The colors followed me as I made my way back to the house. By the time I was in the house kicking those boots off, there was no color left at all. It’s crazy how quickly those sky shows play out.
