Another rainy night in the camper

It’s actually really fun to hunker down in the camper when it is raining. Tonight it was a light rain on the roof, but it did mean we had to make and eat dinner inside. Sounds like a stir-fry night to me!

We used fresh produce for the stir-fry. These treated linen produce bags work amazing, keeping the broccoli and scallions fresh and crisp. You just wet the bags a bit to keep them moist. Work wonders.

We were also treated to quite a brilliant rainy sunset at the RV park!

Tomorrow we spend the day exploring Jasper National Park!
