Thanksgiving tradition

It turns out the Trans-Siberian Orchestra visits Spokane every year right around Thanksgiving. We went last Thanksgiving on a lark and enjoyed it so much we decided to make it an annual tradition.

The TSO band started in the late 90’s, and is basically a electric guitar-heavy, very showy, laser-laden music experience. It is a large group, and everyone gets a chance to do a lot of dramatic solos. It’s honestly CRAZY. So much fire and smoke and video scenery, with a loose Christmas-themed through-story (that Montana completely remembered in frightening detail.)

Last year we sat very close to the stage (like row 3), which was a bit TOO close for my taste, because you get WAY too much direct eye contact with the extremely enthusiastic musician-showmen/women. Plus you don’t get the full feel for the WILD laser lights shooting everywhere in the arena. So this year Steve opted for upper deck seats, which were absolutely perfect in my opinion!

These pictures just saved here as a collage to get a feel for the absolutely wild and colorful concert. Steve, book us again for 2026!
