Great reunion time

Did not take my phone to our actual reunion gatherings and meals, but I can attest that the Lukas crew is as wonderful as ever. Genuinely special and generous group. I have felt seen and loved by this group for 40 years now. Seems absolutely hilarious how many of the cousins are hitting their 50’s!

And then, after Lukas family dinner, for about an hour it was just the four of us alone in our cabin. It has been a LONG time since that has happened! We played some Crew and took some selfies and a full family picture. Even Josie got in on the action. I know it was a Lukas reunion, but it was also a mini reunion for the four of us. It was a glorious and too-short hour, but I won’t be greedy - I’m just thankful for all of my family. Heading home with a full heart.
